Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course at VJ Mehendi Studio. By completing your payment, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Course Fee
The course fee for the Basic Mehndi Classes (25 Days) is ₹999 (INR). This fee covers access to all 25 live online classes, course materials, and the completion certificate.
2. Cancellation by Student
- Before batch start (more than 48 hours prior): You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund of ₹999. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate the cancellation.
- Within 48 hours of batch start: A 50% refund (₹499) will be issued if you cancel within 48 hours before the batch begins.
- After batch has started: No refund will be issued once the batch has commenced and classes have begun.
3. Cancellation by VJ Mehendi Studio
In the unlikely event that we cancel a batch due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues), enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fee within 5–7 business days, or the option to transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.
4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, registered phone number, payment reference/transaction ID, and the reason for cancellation.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment (via Razorpay). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to attend classes after enrollment.
- Dissatisfaction with course content after the batch has started (we encourage you to raise concerns early so we can address them).
- Technical issues on the student's end (poor internet, device problems, etc.).
- Requests made after the batch has concluded.
7. Batch Transfer
If you are unable to attend the enrolled batch, you may request a one-time batch transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the batch starts. Batch transfers are subject to seat availability.
